1. Service

Optimized Precision offers basic browser-based tools to prepare draft invoices, draft quotations and calculate gross profit, margin and markup. Features may change and should be checked for correctness before commercial use.

2. Pre-launch status and payment

Use of the currently available tools is free. The proposed R15 monthly subscription is not available for purchase and this website does not accept payments. No recurring billing will begin without the customer's express agreement at checkout after launch.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries, invoices, quotations, applicable VAT treatment, regulatory obligations, and retention of your business records. Do not use the website for unlawful purposes.

4. No professional advice

The tools provide general administrative assistance only and are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Calculations may omit taxes, overheads and other costs.

5. Availability and limitations

We aim to keep the tools working but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or suitability for every business. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect user input or reliance on unverified results. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Changes and support
