Cancellation & refunds

1. Current status

Optimized Precision is not currently accepting payments or paid subscriptions. There is nothing to cancel, and no subscription charges or refunds are being processed at this stage.

2. Planned subscription

The proposed subscription price is R15 per month. When subscriptions launch, the full checkout page will explain the renewal date, payment method, services included and cancellation procedure before any purchase.

3. Planned cancellation process

We intend to allow customers to request cancellation before the next renewal, with future recurring charges stopped after the request is processed. An actual self-service or support cancellation mechanism will be put in place and verified before live billing is switched on.

4. Refunds and consumer rights

Once payment is enabled, refund requests will be evaluated according to the published paid-service terms and applicable South African consumer law. Any legally required refunds or remedies will be honoured. Refund requests can be sent to the email address below.
