1. Who we are

Optimized Precision is a South African online service providing simple invoicing, quotation and pricing tools to small businesses.

2. Information used by the tools

The current invoice, quotation and calculator features operate inside your browser. We do not currently run an account database or deliberately transmit your entered invoice, customer or costing details to our own servers. You are responsible for saving the documents you create.

3. Website hosting and technical data

This website is hosted by Netlify, which may process limited technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and secure the website. See Netlify's privacy policy for details.

4. Payments and accounts

Payments and subscriptions are not currently enabled. Before they are launched, this policy will be updated to describe account registration, payment processing, support requests, data retention, service providers, and how individuals can exercise their rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

5. Cookies

The current website code does not set tracking or advertising cookies. External font resources may make network requests; hosting and any analytics added later will be disclosed here.
